Manousos runs the assessment and strategy side of the practice. He holds a Diploma in Career Consulting awarded by Career Gate Test in collaboration with the University of Piraeus, and works with validated instruments rather than personality quizzes. Alongside the consulting qualification he is certified in negotiation and in conflict resolution, and holds a certification in digital marketing and branding, which is why the personal-branding work here goes further than a tidier CV.

George runs the coaching side: the part after the report, where a plan either gets executed or quietly abandoned. Interview rehearsal, accountability between sessions, and the difficult conversations clients are avoiding with a manager, a family, or themselves. He works with students choosing a first direction and with professionals several years into the wrong one.
